General terms

• By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• We may refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our discretion.

Products and pricing

• Product descriptions, images and specifications are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variation in colour or packaging can occur because of photography, screen settings or batch differences.
• We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time without prior notice.
• If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Availability is subject to stock, and we may limit quantities per order during high demand.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion.
• Cash on delivery is available across India for eligible orders.
• Once an order is placed and payment confirmed it cannot be modified, though you may cancel it under our cancellation policy.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, UPI app or card provider.

Cancellation

• You can cancel an order yourself at any point before it is dispatched.
• Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch.

Intellectual property

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written consent.
• The SwissGarden Perfumes name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of Golden Buck Private Limited.
• Reviews and comments you write remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on this site.

Limitation of liability

• SwissGarden Perfumes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please review the fragrance notes before purchase, and patch test if you have sensitive skin.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by server issues, maintenance or third-party services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
