• Send order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery notifications
• Provide customer support and handle returns and refunds
• Personalise your shopping experience and recommendations
• Send promotional email with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time

Data security

• All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with TLS
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel
• We carry out regular security reviews

Third-party services

We share the minimum data necessary with the services that make the store work: Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket and its courier partners for delivery, and our email provider for transactional messages. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site — the cart in particular — will stop working correctly.
