Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
You receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after placing your order, followed by a tracking update once your package ships.
During festive seasons and sale events, processing can take up to 3 business days because of higher order volumes.
Delivery timelines and charges
We ship to all states and union territories of India. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Shipping is free on every order above ₹799. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies.
Courier partners and tracking
We work with Delhivery, Blue Dart and other trusted logistics providers for safe, timely delivery.
Once your order ships you receive a tracking ID by SMS and email. You can also track it any time from your orders page.

Every product is packed in leak-proof, bubble-wrapped packaging so it arrives in perfect condition.

Important notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes or courier delays.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- For cash on delivery orders, keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or refusal, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
